  • What are SnapFaces?

    This new feature lets you switch up the face of your camera effortlessly, by simply snapping one face off and a new face on. Now, you can personalize your camera's color to perfectly match your style, mood, outfit or environment!

  • How many different SnapFaces colors are there?

    We currently have 16 SnapFace colors to choose from! We are also introducing a print on-demand service, which will allow you to customize your own SnapFaces - launching early next year!

  • How many camera filters are available?

    The camera comes with 5 pre-installed filters.

  • What are the filter options?

    The filter options are mono (black and white), retro, vivid, standard and Japan.

  • How do I use the filters?

    To switch between filters, simply press the mode button. The active filter will be displayed on the screen.

  • What type of sensor does the camera have?

    The camera features an 8.0MP sensor, ensuring sharp and high-quality images.

  • What is the image resolution?

    The camera captures images at a resolution of 4000 x 3000 pixels, delivering clear and detailed photos.

  • Does the camera come with a flash?

    Yes, the camera includes a flash with options to set it to On, Off, or Auto mode.

  • Does the camera come with a wrist strap?

    Yes, a wrist strap is included for added convenience.

  • What is the battery capacity?

    The camera is equipped with a 550mAh battery.

  • How long does it take to charge the camera?

    Charging the camera takes approximately 6 hours. Once fully charged, the red LED light will turn off.

  • How many photos can I take on a single charge?

    You can take up to 2,500 photos on a full charge.

  • What is the storage capacity?

    Retro Snap Camera comes with a 8GB micro SD card already installed.

  • How do I reset the camera?

    1. Remove the SD card from the slot by lightly pressing it down to eject it.
    2. Plug your camera in to charge using the cable provided in your RetroSnap Cameras Box.
    3. Check the red light indicator is on.
    4. Hold down the ON button for 10 seconds.
    5. If the camera doesn’t switch on, please try using another charger (5V adapter).
    6. If the camera is still not switching on, use a small pin to press the reset button (marked with an ‘R’ near the SD card port) and hold it for 5 seconds.
    7. Wait 15 seconds.
    8. Press and hold the ON button again for 10 seconds.
    9. Once the camera switches on, switch it off again before reinserting the SD card.
  • How do I transfer photos from the camera?

    Use the provided USB-C cable to connect the camera to your computer. Then, navigate to Finder (or File Explorer on Windows) to download the images.

  • Can I connect the camera directly to my phone?

    Yes, you can transfer photos directly to an iPhone if it’s USB-C compatible.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we can ship internationally from:

  • When will my order arrive?

    Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
